Her practice covers a wide range of matters, including adjustment of status, EB-1A extraordinary ability immigration, NIW (National Interest Waiver), E-2 investor visas, H-1B, O-1, and family-based immigration petitions.
As an attorney registered with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), she is authorized to represent clients in U.S. immigration court. She is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
