Provide at least three proof of achievements as stipulated by USCIS (such as awards, publications, reviews, media coverage, core contributions, etc.);

A sponsor must be an American employer or agency.  

It is suitable for applicants who need to quickly start working in the United States and can be used as a pre-transition for EB1A.
