Attorney He is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has long focused on intellectual property litigation, trademark enforcement, and commercial dispute resolution, and possesses extensive practical experience in both federal and state courts.

During his legal practice in the United States, Attorney He has led and participated in a large number of trademark infringement cases, temporary restraining orders (TROs), arbitrations, and other related intellectual property litigation matters. He is able to develop and implement efficient litigation strategies for clients throughout the entire process, from pre-litigation investigation and case filing to court proceedings and settlement negotiations. Currently, he serves as a Senior Legal Advisor, managing and supervising more than one hundred ongoing cases while directly representing clients in court through oral arguments and hearings.

In addition to litigation practice, Attorney He also possesses solid experience in corporate law and cross-border legal services. He previously served as General Counsel for a major Chinese advanced materials enterprise, where he was responsible for contract management, intellectual property strategy,government affairs negotiations, and external commercial cooperation. He also worked at an internationally recognized intellectual property trading institution, assisting clients with intellectual property asset valuation, transaction negotiations, and the coordination of rights protection and enforcement between China and the United States.

Attorney He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and has working proficiency in Italian. His professional background spanning both the U.S. and Chinese legal and business environments provides him with a unique advantage in representing international clients and handling complex cross-border matters.
